This Privacy Policy describes how Intentional Computing, Inc. ("we", "us") collects and uses information for Reservations, an SMS-based restaurant reservation assistant. By texting our published number or using related pages, you agree to this policy.
Who we are

Information we collect
- Phone number. When you text +1 (567) 384-8143, we receive your mobile number and message content.
- SMS content. Waitlist, onboarding, and assistant conversations needed to provide the service.
- Account details you provide. If you complete account linking (for example, a dining-account email), we store what you submit to operate the assistant.
- Technical logs. Delivery status and basic diagnostic data from our messaging provider.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your number for third-party advertising.
How we use information
- Send waitlist, approval, onboarding, and assistant reply SMS you opted into
- Operate and improve the Reservations service
- Respond to HELP requests and honor STOP / opt-out
- Secure the service and prevent abuse
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any Reservations message to unsubscribe. You may also email [email protected]. After opt-out we will not send further SMS except as required to confirm the opt-out.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run messaging and hosting (for example, our SMS carrier), or when required by law. Providers may process data only to perform services for us.
Retention
We keep phone and message data while you use the service and for a limited period afterward for support, security, and legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing us from a reachable contact we can verify.
Children
Reservations is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by SMS or email.
