Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Reservations, an SMS assistant for restaurant reservation help, offered by Intentional Computing, Inc. ("we", "us"). By texting our published number or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Reservations lets you text +1 (567) 384-8143 to join a waitlist, receive an onboarding link after approval, and exchange messages with an AI assistant about reservations. The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors.
Consent to SMS
Texting our number published at intentionalcomputing.app/b/reservations/ is your opt-in consent to receive: waitlist confirmation, approval/onboarding messages, account-linked confirmation, and assistant reply SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Eligibility
You must be able to consent to SMS under applicable law (generally 18+ in the U.S., or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you text from.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate law, harass others, abuse the messaging channel, attempt unauthorized access, or submit others’ phone numbers without consent.

Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RESERVATIONS, ACCOUNTS, AND DECISIONS. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIRD-PARTY DINING PLATFORMS EXCEPT AS NEEDED TO PROVIDE THE ASSISTANT AT YOUR REQUEST.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTENTIONAL COMPUTING, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The date above will be updated when we revise this page.
