Last updated: April 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Intentional Computing, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Meadow (the "App") and related services. We believe privacy is a feature, not a checkbox. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what Meadow does with your data.
1. Who we are
Meadow is built by Intentional Computing, Inc., a Delaware corporation. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed password.
- Content you enter. Text, voice input, preferences, and any other information you provide while using Meadow.
Information accessed on your device (with your permission)
- Calendar. Meadow requests full calendar access on iOS. This is required for the App to read your events and create new events (such as travel or prep blocks) on your behalf. Calendar data is processed to deliver the core functionality of the App.
- Microphone (optional). If you choose to speak to Meadow, we request microphone access. Voice input is used to understand your request and may be transcribed to text. You can use Meadow entirely without granting microphone access.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and diagnostic data. Basic analytics such as which features you use, session length, crashes, and performance metrics. Used to improve the App.
- Device information. Device model, iOS version, and app version, for compatibility and debugging.
We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, health data, or financial information.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and operate the App, including its core scheduling and assistant features;
- Personalize your experience (for example, learning your routines and preferences);

4. Your choices and opt-out
You are in control of your data:
- Personalization opt-out. You can disable personalization and the collection of usage data used for personalization in the App's Settings at any time. Core App functionality will continue to work.
