Delete your Meadow account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Meadow on your iPhone.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app or prefer to request deletion by email:

1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Meadow account".
3. We'll verify your identity and confirm the deletion by reply. We process requests within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (username, email, hashed password)
• Your preferences and settings
• Your voice input, transcripts, and chat history stored on our servers
• Any personalization data derived from your usage
• Usage and diagnostic logs associated with your account

What Meadow never stores or deletes

• Your iOS calendar events. Meadow reads and writes events in your iOS Calendar, which is managed by Apple and your calendar providers. Deleting your Meadow account does not delete events from your calendar. You can review and manage those events in the iOS Calendar app.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information as required by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes), or in aggregated, anonymized form that does not identify you.
