Frequently asked questions
How do I get beta access?
Meadow is currently in private beta. Email [email protected] with the subject "Meadow Beta Access" and we'll add you to the list.
Why does Meadow need full calendar access?
Meadow reads your existing events and creates new ones on your behalf (for example, adding travel time or prep blocks before a meeting). Full calendar access is the iOS permission that enables both reading and writing, which is required for Meadow's core features to work.
Do I have to let Meadow use the microphone?
No. Microphone access is optional and is only requested if you choose to talk to Meadow. You can use the app entirely with text input. You can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
How do I opt out of personalization?
Open Meadow, go to Settings → Privacy, and turn off Personalization. Meadow's core features will keep working; we just stop using your usage data to tailor the experience.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email address on your account. We'll email you a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us.
How do I change my email address?
Open Meadow and go to Settings → Account → Email. You'll be asked to verify the new address before the change takes effect.
How do I delete my account?
Open Meadow and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. If you can't access the app, follow the steps on our account deletion page.
How do I export my data?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll send you a copy of your data within 30 days.
